Veileron operates an SMS messaging program to communicate with clients and prospects regarding our AI automation services.
Our SMS program is used for the following purposes:
SMS messages are sent only to individuals who have explicitly opted in by submitting their phone number through a form on veileron.com with clear consent language. We do not send unsolicited or promotional SMS messages.
To stop receiving SMS messages from Veileron at any time, reply STOP to any message. You will receive one final confirmation message and will be immediately unsubscribed. No further messages will be sent.

Message and data rates may apply. Standard messaging and data rates charged by your mobile carrier may apply to all SMS messages sent to and received from Veileron. Veileron is not responsible for any charges imposed by your mobile carrier.
Message frequency varies depending on your interactions with our service and the nature of your inquiry.
Mobile carriers, including but not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others, are not liable for delayed or undelivered SMS messages. Delivery of SMS messages is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed. Veileron is not responsible for messages that are delayed, undelivered, or blocked by your carrier.
Veileron provides AI-powered business automation services including missed call text back, appointment booking, AI chatbots, and reputation management. Services are provided on a month-to-month basis unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Service fees are billed monthly in advance. Payment is due at the start of each billing cycle. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment after reasonable notice.
You may cancel your service at any time with no long-term contracts or early termination fees. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Veileron shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for services in the three months preceding the claim.
Our services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that services will be uninterrupted or error-free.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of San Diego County, California.
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at veileron.com/privacy-policy.html, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
